	Stonelink Farm is a traditional family farm nestled in the stunning Brede Valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty. As an organic farm we understand the importance of caring for wildlife and the environment as well as our crops and animals. Our ancient hedgerows are managed sympathetically to provide a valuable wildlife habitat as well as shade and shelter for the livestock
One of the first signs of Spring is the frothing white flowers of the Blackthorn in our hedges During the Autumn the sloes, the fruit of the Blackthorn, ripen and are harvested to make our Organic Sloe Gin. The whole family get involved..
	Sloe Gin is the traditional tipple of the countryside, in hip flasks at sporting events or in front of the fire after a winter walk. Stonelink Farm Organic Sloe Gin is made from a carefully guarded family recipe from the finest ingredients. Certification by the Soil Association gives the assurance that the sloes from our hedgerows are not contaminated by any herbicides or pesticides.
